We are Mike, Jada, Lindsay, and Leia Blevins.  We own and operate the Grandview Ranch and RV Park here in beautiful Unicoi Tennessee.  We're located within easy driving distance of Bristol, Tennessee and Virginia; Johnson City, Kingsport, Jonesborough, Roan Mountain, and Elizabethton, Tennessee; and Asheville, North Carolina.  This area has many attractions including the Bristol Motor Speedway and NASCAR racing, the Nolichucky River and rafting, the Appalachian Trail, Historic Jonesborough and Elizabethton, the rhododendron garden on Roan Mountain, access to hiking and mountain bike trails, and many others.

We operate our ranch as a "working ranch" that caters to vacationers in addition to our day-to-day care of our and our clients' horses.  Our ranch covers 47 acres and includes two large fishing ponds, one of which is stocked with catfish.

A little about ourselves:  Mike and Jada have been established business owners in the Roan Mountain area for years.  We purchased the Grandview Ranch with the intent to offer a quality set of horse care, housing, riding, and lesson services.  We also built the RV park, which will be completed by Spring 2002, to further diversify and enhance the services we offer.  Our daughters, Lindsay and Leia, assist us with the ranch.  Lindsay will manage the RV park when it is completed and Leia will oversee the stables.
